Actor Kevin Costner can act, but he apparently can rock too. Costner and his rockabilly band Modern West drew a crowd of more than 1,000 at a free concert for a scene in his upcoming film “Swing Vote.” The Santa Fe Rodeo Grounds was transformed Friday night into the site of a presidential debate, complete with red, white and blue bunting, fake news vans and a sign reading “you.net presents The Final Debate.”
