Eleanor S. Tanner,nee Sjoberg,age 92, of Skokie.
Eleanor always considered herself blessed with happiness and wonderful family and friends.
She enjoyed participating with the Awana Program at church, her wonderful Senior Exercise class and helping with Meals On Wheels.
She is the beloved wife of the late Allan R.; dear mother of James A. (Susan), Joan E. (William) Richardson and Michael R. (Michele); loving grandmother of Jamie (Aaron) Hering, Juliana Tanner, SueEllen (David) Haak, Angelyn (Tony) Losinger, Matthew and Lauren Tanner; cherished great-grandmother of Paige, Parker, Ellie, William, Ethan and Kayliana; fond sister of the late Robert Sjobert.
Visitation Thursday, 3 to 8 p.m., atHaben Funeral Home & Crematory, 8057 Niles Center Road, Skokie.
Memorial Service Saturday, 10 a.m., at Skokie Valley Baptist Church, 1050 Skokie Blvd, Wilmette.
Interment private.
