Leonard Stachowski, 83, of Lemont, passed away Jan. 26, 2008, Veteran of WW II serving the Army Air Corps.
Beloved husband of the late Mary, nee Vasko, Stachowski; loving father of Michael (Anna) Stachowski, Katherine (Thomas) Coticchio and Carol (Randy) Summerlott; cherished grandfather of Matthew, Marisa, Mark, Jacob and Sarah; cherished son of Joseph and Antoinette Stachowski; dear brother of the late Edward (late Mildred) Stachowski; fond stepbrother of Helen (Bert) Ercoli; proud uncle of numerous nieces and nephews.
He worked for Western Electric for over 35 years.
Visitation Monday, 3 to 8 p.m., at theMarkiewicz Funeral Home, P.C., 108 Illinois St., Lemont.
Funeral services Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2008, 9:30 a.m., to SS. Cyril & Methodius Church, Lemont, for Mass at 10 a.m. Interment private.
