SAILOR HELD: A U.S. sailor sought in the killing of a Japanese taxi driver was taken into custody for questioning, U.S. Navy officials said. The victim was found stabbed in his cab Wednesday night in Yokosuka. The sailor was not identified.
NATO PROTEST: About 150 anti-war campaigners were detained after trying to climb the fence at NATO headquarters in Brussels.
