With new albums due out this spring, Lil Wayne and The Game want to heat up the rap game along with the weather.
Weezy’s long-delayed “Tha Carter III” — led by the new track “Lollipop” — finally has an official release date, May 13. The disc features work by Kanye West, among many other contributors, billboard.com reports.
Meanwhile, Game is set to deliver “Los Angeles Times,” his new set, on June 24. “I’m addressing real issues that other artists might be scared to talk about on record, issues that need to be heard,” he said, according to Billboard.
Now that’s real talk.
