‘May 13 came up on us a little sooner than expected.’ – Rep. Jose Serrano (D-N.Y.), sponsor of a non-binding House resolution passed 402-3 Tuesday declaring May 13, 2008, as “Frank Sinatra Day.” Serrano, who has 2,000 Sinatra songs on his iPod, said that “nothing more than scheduling” was responsible for the late vote.
