Playboy magazine has teamed up with asylum.com, the men’s lifestyle site for AOL, to poll men about their favorite Playboy covers.
And RedEye just had to weigh in. (C’mon, it’s summer. Live a little!)
The site says there were more than 50,000 votes in several categories. They include — among other risque classifications — “Pam Anderson Covers,” “Bond Girls,” “Playmate of the Year,” “Reality TV” and “Bad Girls.”
From Anderson to Kim Kardashian, many of the ladies listed are pillars of the gossip universe. In fact, it even seems there were a few standard equations behind picking the Playboy cover-girl classics.
The asylum.com poll results go live Wednesday. Below is our best guess as to how voters made their selections in key categories, mathematically speaking.
BEST PAMELA ANDERSON COVER
LIFE-SAVING ABILITY
ANIMAL-DEFENDING ABILITY
CLASSIC PAM ANDERSON
The “Baywatch” star and PETA advocate’s 2007 cover was voted a reader fave, beating out four other shots of her in younger days.
BEST REALITY TV STAR
HEFTY BANK ACCOUNT
MARKETABLE JOB SKILLS
REALITY QUEEN
Kim Kardashian bested even Hugh Hefner’s “The Girls Next Door” models in the “Reality TV” category. What exactly does she do again?
BEST BAD GIRL
ROMANTIC COMEDIES
COMEDIC ROMANCES
BAD GIRL LEGEND
Drew Barrymore outdid Paris Hilton by a wide margin in the “Bad Girl” category. After her split from the Mac guy, will she dive back into her famously far-reaching dating pool?
BEST BOND GIRL
THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH
CHARLIE SHEEN
BOND GIRL FAVE
Denise Richards reigned over this category despite receiving less-than-stellar reviews for the 1999 flick. Must have been her acrimonious split with the “Two and a Half Men” star that put her over the top.
