FBI APOLOGIZES: FBI Director Robert Mueller apologized to newspaper editors at The Washington Post and The New York Times on Friday for what he said was a recently uncovered breach of their reporters’ phone records in the course of a national security investigation nearly four years ago.

NO ALIMONY: Former New Jersey Gov. James McGreevey will not have to pay alimony to his ex-wife, a judge ruled Friday in granting the couple a divorce after McGreevey acknowledged he was gay. A Superior Court judge ruled McGreevey must pay $250 a week in child support for his 6-year-old daughter with Dina Matos.
