One day after authorities released a suspect in the murder of Chicago Police Detective Robert Soto, an anonymous donor is offering an additional $25,000 for the arrest and conviction of the officer’s killer. The Chicago Fraternal Order of Police already was offering $10,000. Police are asking anyone with information to call 312-746-8252.
