Cook County Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,000 to anyone who can provide information to authorities on an unsolved double homicide in Chicago.
Henry Garcia, 25, and Luis Ortiz, 29, were sitting in a parked car in the 3300 block of West Potomac Avenue on May 6 when a gunman in a passing vehicle opened fire on them, police said.
Witnesses told police that the gunman was in a dark-colored sedan, possibly a Chevrolet. The car sped west on Potomac after the shooting.
