A 61-year-old Bartlett man is accused of buying child pornography over the Internet.
Charles Rowe of the 1300 block of Filly Lane faces two felony counts of child pornography after a yearlong investigation by police. Rowe’s computer was seized in July, and after forensic teams went through it, he was arrested without incident Wednesday. His bail was set at $100,000.
