The third and final suspect in a shooting last year at The Silo restaurant in Lake Bluff was arrested this morning and charged, authorities said.
Kennedy L. Banks, 47, of the 0-100 block of West 112th Street in Chicago, was arrested at his home, the Lake County sheriff’s office said in a news release. He was charged with two counts of aggravated battery with a firearm, two counts of aggravated discharge of a firearm, one count of burglarly and one count of armed violence.
His bail was set at $1 million in a court hearing this afternoon.
Two employees of the pizzeria at 625 Rockland Rd. were wounded Dec. 9, 2007, in what police at the time described as a botched robbery attempt.
Two other suspects are awaiting trial.
