Six people were hurt in a two-vehicle collision Saturday night on Chicago’s Near West Side, fire officials said.

The six were taken in serious-to-critical condition to Stroger and Mt. Sinai Hospitals after the 11:45 p.m. crash at Lake Street and Ashland Avenue, said Fire Department spokesman Will Knight.

Police on Sunday said none of the injuries appeared life-threatening.
