Sharp-eyed police passing a Joliet intersection recently spotted a man who fit the description of someone who had robbed a Wendy’s restaurant a few minutes earlier.

They arrested Carletus Tucker, 41, of the 900 block of Lois Place, Joliet, who was charged with aggravated robbery, police said. An employee of the restaurant in the 100 block of North Center Street told police that Tucker had a gun in his pocket during the robbery Friday.
