Slightly more Americans disapprove of how the president is handling the health care issue than those who approve, according to a Gallup poll out Wednesday.
Nearly half of those surveyed — 49 percent — said they disapproved of President Barack Obama’s “handling of health care policy.” And 43 percent said they approved.
The findings of the Aug. 6-9 survey are virtually unchanged from those of a Gallup poll conducted in mid-July, when 50 percent said they disapproved and 44 percent said they approved.
