Ida Gorbach, nee Kramer, 96, beloved wife of the late Albert; loving mother of Fran (Melvyn) Green, Howard (Nina) and the late Adie (Edward) Davis and mother-in-law of the late Sheldon Minow; cherished grandmother of Lisa (Danny) Scheinkopf, Jeryl Chico, Marla Minow (Luke Caldwell), Danny Minow, Gabe (Jenny) Swerszie, Janice Davis and Gail (Steve) Schubert; devoted great grandmother of twelve; dear sister of Marcella (Percy)Silver and the late Clara (Charles)Greenberg, Lily (Irving) Reich and Marvin Kramer and sister-in-law of Laura Kramer; treasured aunt, cousin and friend of many.
Ida had a wonderful sparkling nature.
She enjoyed life to the fullest, keeping her friends close to her heart.
Ida’s greatest love in life was her family.
Chapel service Tuesday 2:30 p.m. at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
