An Ingleside woman was charged with child endangerment after she allegedly sold heroin to an undercover police officer in Round Lake Beach Tuesday while her 2-year-old and 8-month-old were with her, officials said.

Police met Carissa Allred, 22, in a parking lot in the 400 block of East Rollins Road about 6 p.m., where she sold an officer a gram of heroin, officer Paul Grace said. Allred also was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
