A Carol Stream man was arrested and charged with burglary after he slipped into a Wheaton apartment and startled two women living there, police said.
Police responding to the call Saturday found the door of the apartment next door open and Michael Fisher hiding inside while the occupants slept, police said. He was arrested and charged with residential burglary.
Fisher, 28, of Carol Stream had entered the two apartments in the 800 block of East College Avenue through open windows, police said.
