Think about it
Privatizing Chicago’s water system seems a natural fit, what with the city drowning in budget deficits and parking meter privatization going so swimmingly.
But, seriously
What could possibly go wrong by putting control of a precious resource necessary for life into the hands of profit-driven private industry?
Drink up
When you’re thirsty, just lug a bag of quarters to the end of the block, exchange them for a glass of water, return home, and enjoy. Repeat every two hours, should thirst return.
