Two men made off with $1,100 during an armed robbery at 11:35 p.m. March 28 at Ino’s Taco restaurant at 7100 Roosevelt Road in Oak Park. One man displayed a blue steel semi-automatic handgun while a second man grabbed $800 from the register drawer. The gunman then took $300 from a witness in the restaurant before they fled.
