*A headline in some editions Sunday incorrectly stated that a man accused of threatening DuPage County State’s Attorney Joseph Birkett had been sent to prison by Birkett. The man, Harold Nichols, was prosecuted by Birkett’s office, convicted of a felony and served four days in county jail.
