Tesla: 439 2010 Roadster 2.0 and 2.5 vehicles equipped with a 12V auxiliary cable to check the routing of the cable and install a protective sleeve over the wire. 10/1/10
GM: 3,459 2010 Cadillac SRX vehicles equipped with 2.8-liter or 3-liter gas engines to inspect and replace if necessary the power steering line. 9/29/10
Aston Martin: 1,090 2007-08 DB9 Coupe, DB9 Volante, V8 Vantage coupe, V* Vantage Roadster, and DBS Coupe vehicles to replace the front suspension lower control arm cam bolts. 9/23/10.
Rolls-Royce: 2,552 2003-10 Phantom, 2007-10 Phantom Drophead Coupe and 2008-10 Phantom Coupe vehicles to check valve of brake vacuum pump, which may leak lubricating oil and lead to contamination of brake booster. 9/30/10
BMW: 198,352 2004-10 5-Series and 6-Series and 2002-08 7-Series vehicles to check valve of brake vacuum pump, which may leak lubricating oil and lead to contamination of brake booster. 9/30/10
Hyundai: 139,500 2011 Sonatas to inspect the steering column intermediate shaft universal joint connections for proper assembly and torque and to update the power steering software. 9/23/10
Honda: 3,336 2010 Accord Crosstour vehicles to inspect and replace the passenger airbag module, if necessary.
Bentley: 596 2007-09 Arnager, Arnaget, Arnage RL, Azure and Brooklands vehicles to replace the “B” hood ornament’s retracting mechanism, which can become corroded and not retract in a crash. 9/13/10
Cadillac: 20,224 2009-10 CTS all-wheel-drive and CTS-V vehicles to replace the glove compartment assembly and, in some vehicles, modify instrument panel structure. 9/13/10
Nissan: Certain 2008-10 Altima, Frontier, Pathfinder, Rogue, Sentra, Versa and Xterra vehicles equipped with a Garmin Nuvi Model 750 navigation system. Batteries in the affected units can overheat. 9/3/10
Suzuki: 20,692 2008-10 SX4, Grand Vitara and 2009-10 Equator vehicles equipped with a Garmin Nuvi model 750, 760 and 765 navigation system. Batteries in the affected units can overheat. 9/1/10

Ford: 462,750 1998-2003 Windstar sold in certain states to install rear axle reinforcement brackets when needed due to corrosion. 8/26/10
GM: 207,210 2009-2010 Chevrolet Traverse, Buick Enclave, GMC Acadia and Saturn Outlook vehicles to modify the second-row seat side trim shields and to replace the safety belt buckle if damaged. 8/12/10
Mazda: 215,000 2007-09 Mazda3 and Mazda5 vehicles due to sudden loss of power steering assists. 8/12/10
Nissan: 174 2010 Armada to inspect the second-row seat hinges/lock for proper function and replace if necessary. 8/9/10
Honda: 384,220 2003 Honda Accord, Civic two- and four-door, and 2003-2004 Honda Element to replace the original interlock pin and lever within the ignition switch with newly-designed components due to possibility of original deforming, which can allow interlock function of a vehicle with automatic transmission to be defeated. 8/4/10
Honda: 585 2010 Element with automatic transmission to repair improperly-set cable that connects the shift lever to the transmission, which can lead to key being stuck in ignition switch, an inability to shift into or out of park or into reverse. 8/3/10
Mercedes Benz: 1,938 2002-2009 G-Class vehicles to remove headlamp grills that do not meet federal safety standards. 8/4/10
Mercedes Benz: 3,552 2002-2010 G-Class vehicles to install improved turn light units optimized for usage with grill covers for front turn signal protection. 8/4/10
Toyota: 372,593 2000-2004 Toyota Avalon to replace steering lock bar, which could crack and eventually break leading to inability to steer the vehicle. 7/29/10
Toyota: 39,159 2003-2007 Lexus LX470 to replace the snap ring on the steering shaft with a newly-designed one and install an additional component to prevent possible separation of the steering shaft. 7/29/10.
Nissan: 21 2008 Nissan Armada and Infiniti QX56 to replace the right and left front pillar finishers that might impede correct inflation of side curtain air bag. 7/22/10
Volvo: 3,635 2007-2010 S80 to update vehicles with new tire and loading information label, which contains incorrect maximum permissible inflation pressure and the tire pressure monitoring system software has an incorrect trigger level. 7/21/10
Nissan: 46 2002 Pathfinder and Infiniti QX4 vehicles to replace the front passenger air bag module assembly. 7/1/10
Toyota: 17,000 2010 HS250h cars for failing to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety requirements for fuel system integrity. 6/25/10
Subaru: 73,698 2010 Outback and Legacy vehicles manufactured from Feb. 16, 2009 through April 12, 2010 for steering column electrical roll connector that may develop stress cracks and break leading to electrical component malfunction. 6/22/10
Volvo: 536 2010 S40 and V50 and 2010-11 C30 cars with 6-speed manual transmissions to tighten the gearshift lever stud to specification. 6/10/10
BMW: An unspecified number of 2008-11 1-Series cars with seat-belt tensioner insulation that could ignite in a severe crash. 6/8/10
