A person fell onto the CTA “L” tracks late Saturday in the Little Village area.
At 11:09 p.m., Fire Department officials responded to the CTA Pink Line at South Kedzie Avenue to rescue a passenger who had fallen onto the tracks, according to Fire Media Affairs spokesman Quention Curtis.
The passenger, a male, was taken in fair-to-serious condition to Mount Sinai Hospital, Curtis said.
It was not immediately known how or why the passenger fell onto the tracks.
Calls to the CTA were not returned.
