April 3 (Reuters) – Brookfield Asset Management on
Tuesday sold C$425 million ($429 million) of seven-year notes,
according to a term sheet seen by Reuters.
The 3.95 percent notes, due April 9, 2019, were priced at
99.994 to yield 3.951 percent, or 222 basis points over the
Canadian government benchmark.
The investment dealer arms of Canadian Imperial Bank of
Commerce, Bank of Nova Scotia and Toronto-Dominion Bank were the
bookrunning managers of the sale.
