*The NHL standings page in Thursday’s Chicago Sports section erroneously listed the Detroit Red Wings ahead of the Nashville Predators. In fact, the Predators had 102 points and the Red Wings had 101.
*In Wednesday’s Chicago Sports, Phil Rogers incorrectly reported when the new White Sox stadium, now known as U.S. Cellular Field, opened. It was in 1991.
*On March 30, Rob Manker’s Page 2 column mischaracterized the sum of $13 million to $18 million as the purchase price of the “Field of Dreams” property in Iowa. That is the amount of investor funding needed to close the deal, according to prospective buyer Denise Stillman. The purchase price is undisclosed.
