Vanderbilt’s Jenkins to turn pro
Vanderbilt junior guard John Jenkins plans to enter the 2012 NBA Draft, according to a release issued by Jenkins through the university.
Jenkins set the Southeastern Conference record with 134 3-point field goals in 2011-12 and led the league in scoring each of the past two years. He scored 1,660 career points for the Commodores, 10th on the school’s all-time scoring list.
