Tony Campana gets the first chance to start in center field after the Cubs’ trade of Marlon Byrd to the Red Sox.
Campana was slotted in the second spot in Sunday’s lineup against the Reds. Blake DeWitt, starting at second base, moves into Byrd’s No. 8 slot in batting order.
