A 21-year-old New Lenox man is the third Will County resident to be arrested and charged with possession of child pornography since the formation of the state’s attorney’s high-technology crimes unit in February.
Justin M. White, taken into custody May 8 at his home on the 1500 block of Monarch Avenue, is scheduled to appear in court June 5 on five counts of aggravated possession of child pornography, a Class 2 felony punishable by up to seven years in prison.
