Aug 15 (Reuters) – ExxonMobil anticipates some
impact on production from a plant-wide power failure at its
344,500 barrel-per-day refinery in Beaumont, Texas, it said in a
notice to state pollution regulators on Wednesday.
“Process streams were routed to the flare to minimize
emissions, and the power was restored,” the filing with the
Texas Commission on Environmental Quality said.
The filing said that all contractual commitments are
expected to be met.
