1039 ET 30Nov2012-Zynga weekly call traders look for rebound in shares

————————————————————————

Shares of Zynga Inc fell 6.48 percent to $2.45 on Friday morning

after a filing showed the company has amended its partnership agreement with

Facebook. The companies reported in regulatory filings on Thursday that they had

agreed to amend a deal struck in 2010 that was widely seen as giving Zynga

privileged status on the world’s No. 1 social network. Zynga stock fell 12

percent to $2.30 in after-hours trading. Facebook can now

develop its own games and not rely exclusively on Zynga, the largest publisher

of games on Facebook.

In Zynga options, it appears some investors believe the stock will rebound

to more than $2.50 before the end of business on Friday, WhatsTrading.com

options strategist Frederic Ruffy said.

Expiring Weekly $2.50 strike Zynga calls are the most popular and are

trading for just a few pennies. According to Trade Alert, 16,959 contracts

traded in the strike thus far, against 3,847 in open interest, and nearly 80

percent of the flow has been at the offer price, indicating buyer-fueled

activity. The December and January $2.50 strike calls are also busy, while

January $2.50 and January $4 strikes are the most actives puts, Ruffy said.

Total volume in Zynga is 2.2 times the daily average with 30,000 calls and 9,382

puts traded during the first hour of the trading session, data from Trade Alert

show.
