March 6 (Reuters) – Phillips 66 reported a
malfunction at its 198,400- barrel-per-day Ponca City,
Oklahoma, refinery, according to a filing with state pollution
regulators.
The incident occurred on Feb. 28, according to the filing
with Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality made public on
Thursday said.
