, who’s set to pen Disney’s “
,” is writing the final act for the Hollywood Hills home he bought in 2008 at 2715 La Cuesta Drive. Located in Nichols Canyon, the 2,300-square-foot home, built in 1953, features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and an outdoor space equipped with a heated pool, bar, hot tub, fire pit and lounge area. The home is fully surrounded by trees and other greenery, creating a Shangri-La vibe. The home boasts a covered outdoor screening room that Loeb built himself, as well as a breakfast deck that is situated off the dining room. Part of the roof has been redone in teak.
