ST. LOUIS — Rain caused postponement of Wednesday night’s game between the Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals at soggy Busch Stadium.
The game was rescheduled for Aug. 30 as part of a split doubleheader.
Jason Hammel had his start pushed back to Thursday’s series finale, with Jeff Samardzija now set to pitch Friday against the Milwaukee Brewers.
