The following items were taken from Libertyville police reports.
Two Vernon Hills men, a 30-year-old and a 29-year-old, were arrested on July 19 at 5:35 a.m. on Cook Avenue east of Milwaukee Avenue after being found asleep in the 30-year-old’s car. The 30-year-old was charged with DUI, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. The 29-year-old was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A 21-year-old Libertyville man was arrested on July 21 at 8:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Woodland. He was charged with criminal damage to property after taking someone else’s prescription glasses and snapping the frames in half. The glasses were valued at $170.
A 26-year-old Green Oaks man was arrested on July 26 at 2:45 a.m. on Young at Cedar Glen Drives after being seen driving through a red light on North Milwaukee Avenue. He was charged with DUI, DUI with a blood-alcohol count over .08, disobeying a stoplight and speeding.
An 18-year-old Libertyville woman was arrested on July 27 at 11:30 p.m. on East Winchester Road at Milwaukee Avenue. She was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor (and was issued a Zero Tolerance suspension of her driver’s license), failure to signal when required, driving without a valid driver’s license and driving without insurance.
