Many American children are told that anyone can become president in the United States, but when Hillary Clinton was a child, this was not quite true; then, only a boy could become president. Now, it is a given in the United States that a man or a woman can become president. This is largely due to Hillary’s unstinting work in a variety of political positions and her run for the presidency in which she put millions of cracks in the glass ceiling holding women down from being president.
This is a legacy as great as those of those of most politicians in our history and one of the most inspirational for women in America.
Hillary does not herself have to become president; that would not add much to her existing legacy.
At the close of her career, she can look back with pride and will go down in history as a true pioneer for women. In this respect, Hillary has had a very exciting and inspirational career.
