With aggression on airliners in flight becoming more frequent, it is irresponsible for the airlines to offer a passenger the positive feature of a reclining seat that, when used to its maximum, inflicts a severe negative impact upon the comfort of another passenger. The problem seems to be not so much that the seats recline but that they recline too far.

If the airlines would adjust the seats so that they could recline only half the current setting, I believe they would significantly reduce the unpleasant incidents.
