Glenbard South’s boys golf team opened the postseason on a big note by winning the Metro Suburban Conference West Division Tournament by 22 strokes last week.
South scored a 316, while runner-up St. Edward shot a 338.
Glenbard South’s Michael Wittenberg and St. Edward’s Michael Mattas were co-medalists with 74.
