The following items were taken from Palos Heights police reports:

A 22-year-old Orland Park man was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident in the 7200 block of West College Drive around 3:55 p.m. on Sept. 29. He was scheduled to be in court on Oct. 23.

A 31-year-old Chicago woman allegedly committed a lane violation in the 11900 block of South Harlem Avenue around 7:42 p.m. on Oct. 6. Police said she had bloodshot eyes and the smell of alcohol on her breath and failed field sobriety tests. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and expired registration sticker. She was scheduled to be in court on Nov. 6.

A 52-year-old Palos Heights woman was charged with domestic battery in the 7700 block of West 135th Street around 9:05 p.m. on Oct. 8. Her husband told police they were arguing, and she threw a wire plant holder at him, striking his face and causing him to bleed.

An 18-year-old Alsip man was stopped for allegedly texting while driving in a school zone in the 7800 block of West McCarthy Road around 8:52 a.m. on Oct. 9. He was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and texting while driving and was scheduled to be in court on Nov. 6.

A 47-year-old Indianapolis woman was stopped for driving 58 miles per hour in a 35-mph zone in the 11900 block of South Harlem Avenue around 1 a.m. on Oct. 9. She was charged with driving under the influence, BAC over .08, speeding, improper lane usage and suspended driver’s license. She was scheduled to be in court on Nov. 6.

A 25-year-old Chicago woman was stopped for multiple equipment violations in the 12200 block of Harlem Avenue around 4:05 a.m. on Oct. 9. Police said there was a strong odor of cannabis, and a glass smoking pipe with residue was found inside the vehicle. She was charged with one tail light, no proof of insurance, and issued a local ordinance ticket for possession of drug equipment. She was scheduled to be in court on Nov. 6.

A 22-year-old Oak Lawn woman was stopped for driving 49 miles per hour in the 35-mph zone in the 12900 block of South Harlem Avenue around 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 10. She was charged with speeding and driving while license suspended and was scheduled to be in court on Nov. 17.

A 36-year-old Wood Dale woman was stopped for allegedly failing to use her turn signal in the 13400 block of South Westview Drive around 2:02 a.m. on Oct. 11. She was charged with driving while license suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to signal when required. She was scheduled to be in court on Dec. 3.

A 28-year-old Minooka woman was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operation of uninsured vehicle and improper lane usage in the 11800 block of South Harlem Avenue around 4:28 a.m. on Oct. 11. She was scheduled to be in court on Nov. 17.

A 29-year-old Chicago Ridge man was stopped for driving 62 miles per hour in a 40-mph zone in the 11700 block of South Southwest Highway around 1:07 a.m. on Oct. 12. He was charged with driving under the influence, BAC over .08 and speeding. He was scheduled to be in court on Dec. 3.

A 31-year-old Oak Lawn man was stopped for driving 48 miles per hour in a 35-mph zone in the 6400 block of West 127th Street around 2:25 a.m. on Oct. 13. He was charged with speeding over the posted limit, driving under the influence of alcohol and having a BAC over the legal limit. He was scheduled to be in court on Nov. 17.

A 40-year-old Milwaukee, Wis. man was stopped for driving a vehicle registered in Illinois with no front license plate in the 7200 block of College Drive around 2:27 p.m. on Oct. 13. He was charged with suspended driver’s license and no front registration plate. He was scheduled to be in court on Nov. 6.
