Uncle Julio’s restaurant to open in Vernon Hills

This nearly empty office building at Milwaukee Avenue and Townline Road will soon be renovated to accommodate a new Uncle Julio’s Mexican restaurant, a T-Mobile store and Northwestern Medical offices.
