Currently there are over 2,500 craft breweries in America; with half again as many in planning stages. To satisfy the changing tastes in America, the Geneva Chamber of Commerce is proud to bring back the Craft Brew@402 tent to Swedish Days, featuring Geneva’s own locally crafted beers from Stockholm’s and Penrose Brewing Company.
Selections from Stockholm’s will include State Street Pilsner (ABV 5.6%), Viking Red Ale (ABV 5.6%), Older but Weisser (ABV 5.5%) and LoRazz Weiss (ABV 5.5%). Penrose Brewing Company will feature Devoir Saison (ABV 4.3%), P-2 Pale Ale (ABV 5.4%) and Fractal IPA (ABV 6.8%)
This event will open on Thursday, June 25 at the new, expanded location — corner of North Fourth & State streets; continuing through Sunday. In addition, Geneva Community Chest will be selling food and entertainment is provided 8-10 p.m. Thursday-Saturday. The PrivateBank is pleased to sponsor Craft Brew@402 this year.
