Peter Vlamis, a Frankfort resident for 28 years, rebuilt this house on Pacific with Gander Builders, to replace his his 1,300 square foot brick ranch. Vlamis planned to build an addition to his home, but decided it was more practical to build new and wanted the new home to blend in.
