Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah on Monday sold his seven-bedroom, 7,500-square-foot mansion in Lincoln Park for $2.875 million — just $25,000 more than he paid for it in July 2014.

The two-time NBA All-Star paid $2.85 million for the mansion last year and lived in it for a short time before decamping to rental digs downtown. He listed the mansion in July for $3.15 million.

Built in 2009, the mansion has 5 1/2 baths, four fireplaces, hardwood floors, a spiral staircase, an English basement and a master bath with a whirlpool, steam shower, double sink, bidet, soaking tub and full-body spray shower.

Noah still owns a 5,500-square-foot mansion in Bannockburn, which he bought in mid-2008 for $1.5 million.
