Vehicle crash
A 54-year-old Westmont woman was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital with an ankle injury after the vehicle she was driving was struck by another vehicle at 4:55 p.m. Sept. 12 at 55th Street and Western Avenue. The woman was driving westbound on 55th Street when her vehicle was hit by a car going northbound on Western. No tickets were issued.
