Police are warning West Side residents recent burglaries and robberies in the East Garfield Park, Near West Side and Humboldt Park neighborhoods.

Each of the robberies involved at least one armed man who took coats, cellphones, credit cards and, in two cases, vehicles. Two of the suspects are described as black males, one 5-feet-6 to 5-feet-10 with dreadlocks and another 5-feet-9 to 6 feet tall with a mustache.

The robberies occurred on:

Sept. 29 at 9:10 p.m. in the 3800 block of West Fulton Street

Oct. 2 at 8:30 a.m. in the 320 block of South Hamlin Street

Oct. 2 at 12:45 p.m. in the 3400 block of West Walnut Street

Oct. 3 at 3:07 a.m. in the 2600 block of West Monroe Street

Two residences also were forcibly entered and burglarized last month in the same police district, according to a news release from Chicago Police. The suspects broke in through the rear of the residences and took tools, copper pipe and a bicycle. Those burglaries occurred at:

Sept. 27 at about 9 a.m. in the 600 block of North Sawyer Avenue

Sept. 28-29 between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. in the 1100 block of North Kedzie Avenue
