Three people including a 15-year-old boy were wounded in separate shootings Thursday, according to Chicago police.

The 15-year-old boy was dropped off at Mount Sinai Hospital on Thursday afternoon after he was shot on the West Side, according to police.

The boy was standing outside when he was wounded multiple times by gunfire about 2:15 p.m. in the 3300 block of West Flournoy Street in the Homan Square neighborhood, police said.

Police said he was in good condition.

No one was in custody, and Area North detectives were investigating.

At 8:36 p.m. a 25-year-old man was shot during an argument in the 10600 block of South Bensley Avenue in the Trumbull Park neighborhood on the Far Southeast Side, police said.

The man was arguing with two males in the area. The altercation became physical and shots were fired at the man as he tried to leave in a vehicle, police said.

He was shot in the chest and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition had stabilized, police said.

In a separate shooting about 6:25 p.m., police found a 28-year-old with a gunshot wound to his face near the corner of 45th and Wood streets in the Back of the Yards neighborhood.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition. No one was in custody, and Area Central detectives were investigating.
