Charges are pending in the stabbing of a 28-year-old man in Lakeview East early Monday, police said.
The attack occurred in the 500 block of West Aldine Avenue about 1:30 a.m., police said. The man was in an argument with another person when he was stabbed in the back and legs. Alcohol was a factor, police said.
The man went to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, and his condition was stabilized.
