Police are searching for a 15-year-old girl who was last seen a week ago in the city’s Little Village neighborhood.
Detaijaih Neeley was last seen Aug. 11 in the 2700 block of South Central Park Avenue, wearing a white T-shirt, blue jogging pants and Adidas shoes, police said. The teen, who goes by Taijaih, could be carrying a black purse.
She is known to hang around the area of Western Avenue and Jackson Boulevard in the city’s Near West Side neighborhood, police said.
She is described as a black girl with medium complexion, black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs about 200 pounds, police said.
