Maybe the floating stage wasn’t the best idea?

“Turn the lights up, shows over. I can’t let ya’ll have a show where I can’t perform. I’m sorry,” Kanye West said as he floated above the crowd, ending his Saint Pablo Tour’s concert Thursday in Inglewood, Calif., just after 45 minutes.

Citing his strained voice as the cause, he was apologetic to the crowd: “I’m very sorry. I love you. I promise to do better next time,” he said.

In fan-recorded videos, the rapper, who recently announced added Saint Pablo dates extending the tour until the end of the year, is then seen slowly walking across the stage with his head down as it slowly passed above the fans below.

Adding insult to injury, fans booed the rapper as he made his slow, almost painfully slow, descent to the ground.
