Two suspects made off with packages and mail from a postal vehicle Wednesday morning on the South Side, police said.
Shortly before 11:30 a.m., a mail carrier was delivering packages in the 7300 block of South Wabash Avenue when two suspects took items from his postal vehicle, police said.
The two suspects then fled west on 73rd Street. Police said packages and mail were stolen from the vehicle.
Several postal vehicles have been robbed, and a few have been taken this holiday season.
Police were investigating.
