Western Springs police blotter: Drug arrest at Spring Rock Park

Esequiel Garcia, 19, of the 6000 block of Chester Avenue, Hodgkins, was charged at 11:36 p.m. March 24 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Spring Rock Park in the 1400 block of Burlington Avenue. Police found two bags containing marijuana and a glass smoking pipe in a vehicle in which Garcia was an occupant.
